Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. All of my appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment that you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply of pay 50% of the service(s) reserved in order to continue booking services with me. This must be paid before any future appointments will be booked.

 ***CLIENTS WHO NO SHOW AN APPOINTMENT ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE SERVICES MISSED**

OTHER SALON’s WORK

To guarantee consistency and quality of the final set, I do not offer fills on work done by another salon. Please book a removal and new set.

Age Restriction

When booking your appointment, please do keep in mind that if you are under the age of 18 you are required to have a Parent/ Guardian with you to sign the consent form. If you are under 18 years of age and are without a Parent/Guardian, I will refuse the service.

Late Policy

Because appointments are booked in a time sensitive manner and the timing can vary due to processing time, application and more. It is important to be on time to your appointment. Any late arrivals of 10 minutes or more may result in rescheduling, or needing to adjust the service(s). Because I cannot guarantee that your service can be completed if you are late, it will be up to my discretion if the service will need to be rescheduled. If this is the case you will need to pay for your service in full before rebooking any future appointments. I do understand that the unexpected can happen so please ensure you have enough time to make it to your appointment, that way you can avoid any additional changes/fees.

Refunds

I have a no refund policy on services completed in the studio. However, If for any reason you are unhappy with the service you received, please notify me immediately! I would be more than happy to make the matter right, either by fixing, or correcting a service. I offer complementary fixes within 48 hours of the service completion.

No Additional Guests

My studio is very small with limited seating. Please do not bring friends, boyfriends, or any additional guests to you appointment, unless they are also receiving a service with you.

No Children Please

Please find arrangements for childcare, do not bring them to your scheduled appointment. My studio is equipped with chemicals, expensive equipment and small objects that are not appropriate for children to be around. It is distracting for me to do my work, and need all of my attention on you. If you bring your child your appointment will be cancelled on the spot and a “no show” fee will apply in which you will be required to pay the full amount of the service missed.

Payment

I no longer accept etransfer or cheques as a form of payment. I accept : cash, debit/credit, Apple Pay, and Android pay. All payment must be sent, completed, or confirmed before you leave your appointment.

Confirmation calls/texts

As a courtesy, you are sent a reminder the 48hrs before your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and any cancellation fee’s.

**I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING FREQUENT CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOWS AND FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE POLICIES I HAVE IN PLACE FOR MY BUSINESS. **
